A key component to the human resources practice is ProSource’s ability to either confidentially or publicly conduct industry searches for human capital on behalf of our clients.

Our services in this field are categorized in the following format:

Retained Recruitment – An assignment that encompasses: internet advertising, headhunting, interviewing, psychometric assessment,job benchmarking, reference checking and job offer negotiations. Projects of this nature are conducted on an exclusive basis.

Internet Recruitment Service- A cost effective alternative to the Retained or Contingency assignment that provides for the advertising design and 60 day placement on the Web to recruit for and select candidates who are proactively and currently searching opportunities. The service also includes: telephone screening, job benchmarking and reference checking.  There is no placement guarantee for assignments of this nature. Interviewing and testing services are optionally available.

*Terms of Guarantee and Fees: In the unlikely event that a referred candidate resigns or fails to meet client expectations within the first six months of employment, ProSource will replace the candidate at no additional fee, provided the initial fee is paid, in full, within 14 days of the start of employment.
